An all-in-one ecommerce operating system, built in Cairo for MENA sellers

Bosla (Arabic for compass) is built by a team in Maadi, Cairo. We sell to online stores that do thousands of orders a month and are drowning in the busywork around them.

Why we built it

Egyptian ecommerce runs on half-finished systems. A seller keeps orders in one tool, answers WhatsApp and Instagram in another, books couriers in a third and tracks returns in a spreadsheet. None of them talk to each other.

• Systems are incomplete: each tool solves one step and leaves the rest to people.
• Nothing is all in one: orders, chats, couriers and numbers live in different places.
• The AI is weak: generic bots that can't look up an order or take one.
• The Arabic is bad: formal or machine-translated, not how Egyptian customers actually write.

Our team is in Maadi, Cairo. We start in Egypt and are built to expand across the MENA region, with Arabic and English and right-to-left from day one.
