These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bosla's website, dashboard, APIs, and integrations (the "Service"), provided by Bosla ("Bosla", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Bosla on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 and operate a legitimate business to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information you provide.
• Keeping your credentials and MFA secure, and for all activity under your account and team members' accounts.
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates the policies of connected channels (including WhatsApp, Meta, and store platforms).
• Break any law, infringe intellectual property, or harm others.
• Reverse engineer, resell, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Transmit malware or interfere with the platform's operation or security.

You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to message your customers and for complying with the terms of the channels you connect.

The Service connects to third-party platforms such as Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger), store platforms (Shopify, Salla, Zid), and couriers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services, and connecting them is at your discretion.

The Service includes AI features that generate suggested or automated replies. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing and for any messages sent from your account, whether authored by a person or by AI. You can disable AI auto-reply per conversation at any time.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the Service.

You retain ownership of the data you and your customers submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that data to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by Bosla and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or modify the Service except as expressly permitted.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or fail to pay. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that messages will always be delivered by third-party channels.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bosla will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
