AI customer service for Egyptian online stores, in Egyptian Arabic
Bosla is an AI customer service platform built in Cairo for Egyptian ecommerce. Your WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram chats land in one inbox, and an AI agent answers them in Egyptian dialect: it knows your prices, your stock and your shipping fee to every governorate, it looks up orders and takes new ones, and it hands the chat to your team when a person should take over.
What Egyptian customers actually ask
Most messages to an Egyptian online store are the same few questions: بكام؟, متاح مقاس كام؟, الشحن كام لإسكندرية؟, فين أوردري؟. They often come as a voice note or a photo, and often after midnight. Good AI customer service answers them from your real data, not from a script.
- Price and stock, read live from your catalog for the exact size or color asked about.
- The shipping fee to the customer's governorate, from the rates you set.
- Order status, found by order number or by the customer's phone number.
- A product photo the customer sends, matched against your catalog.
- A voice note, transcribed and answered like a typed message.
Built for how Egypt sells
Global helpdesk tools assume card payments, email and a chat widget on a website. Egyptian ecommerce runs on cash on delivery, WhatsApp and Instagram DMs, and that is what Bosla was built around.
- Cash on delivery first: orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before you ship them.
- Governorate and city are kept apart, so a town typed as the governorate still lands in the right one.
- Phone numbers typed in Arabic-Indic digits are read correctly.
- Plans are priced and billed in Egyptian pounds.
It knows when to hand the chat to your team
When the agent is out of its depth it hands the conversation over on purpose: the chat is assigned to a teammate, marked in the inbox, and that person is notified. When it needs a fact it doesn't have, it asks your team one clear question, relays the answer to the customer, and can remember it for next time. You can switch the AI off on any single chat with one tap.
Your team and the AI work in the same inbox
- Chats are shared across your team automatically: least busy, round robin, or back to the same person each time.
- Roles decide who sees what, so a customer service seat sees the inbox and not your costs.
- Labels and private notes stay on the customer, across every channel.
- Copilot mode: the AI writes the reply and a teammate sends, edits or discards it.
What it costs
Bosla is priced in EGP on the number of customers you talk to in a month, not on your orders. Orders are unlimited on every plan, and every plan includes AI credits for replies, photos and voice notes. Current prices are on the pricing section of the homepage.
Questions sellers ask
- Does the AI reply in Egyptian dialect or formal Arabic?
- Egyptian dialect, in the tone you choose. You can also set it to reply in English, or to answer each customer in the language they wrote in.
- Which channels does it answer on?
- WhatsApp through the official WhatsApp Business API, Instagram DMs and comments, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram. TikTok messages are not supported yet.
- Can it take orders, or only answer questions?
- It takes orders. It collects the customer's details, reads back the total with shipping, and places the order. If the items come from your Shopify store, the order is created in Shopify; otherwise it is created in Bosla.
- What happens when the AI doesn't know the answer?
- It says so instead of inventing one, and either asks your team a question or hands the chat to a person. It never makes up a price, a shipping fee or a policy.
- How long does it take to start?
- Book a call and we open your workspace with you. Connecting WhatsApp, Instagram and your store and filling in your store details takes most sellers under 15 minutes.
