An AI agent that takes the order, not just the question.
Bosla's AI sales agent works your WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram conversations in Egyptian Arabic — answering product questions, quoting your real shipping to the customer's governorate, and placing the order itself. It is an AI customer service agent and a salesperson in one, and the difference from a chatbot is that it can act: it reads live stock and writes real orders into your store.
An AI agent that can take actions
A chatbot answers from a script. This agent calls the CRM's own APIs, the same ones your team uses — which is the whole reason AI order taking on WhatsApp works here. These are the actual tools it holds, and you switch each one on or off per agent.
Search your catalog
Finds the product a customer is describing — in Arabic, in English, or from a photo — and answers with the real price and the live stock count.
Place the order
Writes a real order. If every item came from your Shopify store it creates it in Shopify; anything hand-added becomes a Bosla order on the same pipeline.
Look up an order
By order number, by name, or by the phone the customer is messaging from — so “فين أوردري؟” answers itself from the real record.
Cancel or update status
Cancels an order on the store platform, or moves it along your pipeline, without anyone opening the dashboard.
Know the customer
Pulls up who they are and what they've bought before, so a repeat buyer isn't asked for their address for the fourth time.
Read a photo
A customer sends a picture of the thing they want. The agent matches it against your catalog and answers about that exact product — and asks rather than guessing when it isn't sure.
Hear a voice note
“بكام؟” as a voice note is one of the most common openings on WhatsApp. It's transcribed and answered like any other message, tuned to your own product names.
Answer from your own knowledge
Returns, exchanges, sizing, offers, minimum order, payment methods — answered from what you wrote, never invented.
Every channel it works on
The same agent, the same memory, on every channel your customers already have open. It replies where they wrote, and it never starts a thread over.
- WhatsApp — on your own business number, through the official WhatsApp Business API
- Instagram — DMs, and comments answered publicly plus a private reply to the commenter
- Facebook Messenger — page DMs in the same thread list
- Telegram — your own bot: DMs, Telegram Business, groups and channels
It writes Egyptian Arabic, not translated Arabic
This is the part that decides whether a customer keeps typing or leaves. A global tool writes فصحى that reads like a bank letter. Bosla's agent writes دارجة مصرية, in the voice you picked, and it reads Arabic-Indic digits when a customer types their number that way.
Your voice, as settings not as an essay
Six knobs — formality, warmth, emoji, length and more — rendered as rules the model follows. Emoji default to none, because most stores don't want them.
Your rules, in your own words
Write up to 15 plain rules (“never promise same-day delivery”, “always ask for the governorate first”). They outrank the playbook and can never override your store's real prices or policies.
It cannot invent a price or a policy
Shipping fees, the free-shipping threshold, returns, exchanges and payment methods come from your store profile. If a fact isn't there, the agent says so instead of making one up.
It plugs into the store and the courier you already use
The agent is only as good as what it can read and write. Connect a store and it reads live products, stock and prices from it — and writes real orders back.
- Shopify — the AI agent reads live stock and price per product, and creates the order in your store
- Salla, EasyOrders, or your own API — same catalog, same order pipeline
- No store platform at all — a lot of sellers here sell entirely from DMs; the agent takes those orders too
- Bosta and ShipBlu — delivery status flows in and updates the order, so the agent answers “where is it?” from the courier's own record
A chatbot vs. an agent that acts
Both say helpful things. Only one of them moves anything in your business.
| AI chatbot | Bosla AI agent | |
|---|---|---|
| Product questions | Answers from a document you uploaded | Answers from live stock and price, per product |
| Taking an order | Tells the customer to visit your website | Places the order itself, in the chat |
| Order status | Asks the customer to check their email | Looks the order up and reads back the courier's status |
| A photo of a product | Ignores it or guesses | Matches it against your catalog, and asks when unsure |
| Arabic | Formal فصحى, translated | دارجة مصرية, in your brand voice |
| When it can't help | Loops, or says it will get back to you | Hands the thread to a named teammate and alerts them |
It knows when to stop and get you
An AI that never escalates is worse than no AI — the customer waits for someone who was never told. When the agent decides it's out of its depth, it hands the conversation over explicitly: the thread is assigned to a teammate, badged in the inbox, and that person is notified. You can also turn the agent off on any single conversation with one tap, answer yourself, and leave it on everywhere else.
What it costs
Priced and billed in EGP, on the monthly active customers you actually talk to — orders are unlimited and unmetered on every tier, so switching your confirmations on never raises your bill. Every plan includes AI replies; go past them and you keep going at a flat per-reply rate out of a prepaid balance you top up yourself, so a plan you never top up never costs more than its price.
See pricingWhat the agent does not do yet
So you can judge it properly rather than find out in week three.
- It doesn't work on TikTok — those messages don't reach Bosla yet.
- It can't book a shipment or print an air waybill; couriers are tracking-only today.
- It doesn't make outbound calls. Confirmations go out over WhatsApp and SMS.
- It doesn't know a bundle has run out — the bundle counter and the agent's stock number are still two different numbers.
Watch it answer your own customers
Most sellers are live in under 15 minutes. Book a call and we'll switch it on against your real catalog and your real conversations, not a demo store.
